Return Policy

At Pilado.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for broken, damaged, or used items.

  • Only Stanley tumblers and water bottles purchased directly from our store are eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your product.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong item).

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tumbler or bottle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
